Fees
Playground charges a Processing Fee of 5% for every paid ticket, but not for free events.
Playground Processing Fees are nonrefundable, and we do not return them to the ticket buyer when a refund is processed.
Refunded tickets
Refunds will include the ticket price less the Processing Fee.
Canceled and postponed events
If an event is canceled, we will provide a refund for the entire purchase, including the ticket price and the Processing Fees. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will be automatically transferred to the new date and time, and you may request a refund.
Duplicate charges
As long as you request a refund within thirty days of purchase, you will get a full refund for duplicate charges, including the ticket price and the Ticketing fees.

Tax
Playground collects and remits tax in jurisdictions where we are required to by law, as detailed below. We cannot offer tax advice and encourage you to consult a tax professional about assessing your tax obligations, as you are ultimately responsible for sales tax.
