At Playground, we don’t just believe in “privacy”. We believe your data should actually stay private unless you choose otherwise.

To be transparent, our goal is to get to know you well enough so that we can actually be useful to you. But what data we share and how we share it is up to you.

Before we get into it, here’s a little legal primer:

Any time we say “Us,” “We”, “Playground,” or the “Company,” we’re referring to Playground NY Inc. And any time we say “our Services”, we mean our app, our website, and any other of our offerings that don’t have a separate privacy policy. When this policy uses the term “Creator” we mean event creators using our Services to create events for consumers using our Services (“Consumers”) to consume information or attend events, or for any other reason. Creators, Consumers and third parties using our Services are referred to in this policy collectively as “Users,” “you” or “your”.

This privacy policy will cover
